OnePRIME Adjuster Indonesia was established in March 2023 as registered in the authority as Insurance Loss Adjuster, Surveyor and Risk Consultant. Especially for Insurance Loss Adjuster, OnePRIME Adjuster Indonesia obtained OJK license in August 2023. It was started by several senior personnel of the top 3 joint venture loss adjusters in Indonesia who have a strong profile in the Indonesia loss adjuster industry.

On the Loss Adjusting side, we are fully aware and understanding that our report is the cornerstone of the Insurers settlement of claims through detail information, efficient investigation and effective analysis on the cause of loss and nature extent of damage yet firmed on the policy liability recommendation. Therefore quality and integrity is our key point, so we only elected the personnel who have proven expertise, good track record and high integrity.

As Surveyor and Risk Consultant, OnePRIME are supported by independent and experienced personnel who well known in the market especially in the field of energy (oil & gas, power plant and geothermal), aviation, seaport, airport, telecommunication, mining, infrastructure, manufacturing (cement, fertilizer, etc), pharmaceutical, cargo and haul.
